I've woken up with a frozen shoulder, I haven't had this for years it's been acting up for weeks a soreness right in the centre of my shoulder, I have a feeling it's down to either driving or working at my desk on the computer..... so I'm home today in the hope that resting it will improve it :¬)
couldn't have happened at a worse time really the pressure is really on at work :¬(
anyway I'm going to rest up and try not to swing from the rafters too much
